EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Chinatown Community Children's Center (CCCC), one of the oldest nonprofit bilingual/bicultural
child care centers in San Francisco (serving 60 children, ages 2.9 to 5 years
old) is seeking a bilingual EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to lead the
organization. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, hard working, and
charismatic leader!
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and provides strategic
leadership and direction in the administration and management of the Center's
operations, and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement
of its mission and financial objectives.
DUTIES
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Center
Oversee the classroom program and social services program
Lead 12 full time staff
Supporting the financial solvency of the Center
Develop parent and community relations
Partner with the Board of Directors to develop the ongoing vision for the Center
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate should have:
Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood, Social Welfare, or equivalent
California Department of Education Site Supervisor Permit (preferred not required)
Minimum of 5 years – and preferably 7-10 years – experience in Social
or Human Services with management and supervisory responsibilities
Proficiency, and preferably fluency, in Cantonese or Mandarin
